This work is a musha-e(warrior's print) by Kuniyoshi. He was one of disciple of Toyokuni I.  His speciality were fantastic and warriors prints.
This print is included in the series "Stories of the True Loyalty of the Faithful Samurai".  It represents Yato Yomoshichi Norikane drinking a cup of tea.
